No Children PermittedChildren are not permitted in the salon unless they have an appointment and are being serviced. Failure to comply with this [policy will result in the cancellation of your appointment. No exceptions.

Deposit PolicyWhen booking a number of our services, there is a deposit required. When booking your appointment you will be prompted to pay deposit at the time of booking. Bookings are invalid without paid and processed deposit. Please refer to cancellation policy above for more information regarding cancellations. All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is not cancelled properly 24 hours before your appointment date and time, your deposit will NOT be refunded and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Walk In/Squeeze PolicyAny services booked and confirmed by your stylist for days and times that are marked unavailable or completely booked on our booking platform will incur an additional fee starting at $50.00 depending on the amount of services provided. Walk Ins are not guaranteed and need to be confirmed by your preferred stylist. Please remember: Walk Ins will require increased wait times as we are doing you a courtesy by accommodating your requested service.

Cancellations & "No Shows""All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment date and time. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a cancellation charge. "No call no shows" will be charged a cancellation fee as well. Appointments that are not properly cancelled before 24 hours of your appointment date and time will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00 for each service cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Wait TimesAll appointments and services are to be booked online. Please note time frames listed during booking are general estimates, styling times depend on length and condition of hair at the time of appointment and requested service and style. We appreciate your patience.

Waiting AreaPatrons who have confirmed appointments are the only parties permitted in the waiting area of the salon. We ask that you do not bring friends, family and others to accompany you while you are waiting to be serviced by your stylists. We are currently following CDC guildines in light of the current COVID-19 Pandemic and are only allowed to host a lmited amount of customers in the salon at one time. If you or your guests are not being serviced at the time, we ask that you or your guests wait in your car. We appreciate your understanding.
